To be quite honest, the internet is full of injury management sites which go in to great detail and depth on how to manage every kind of ache and pain imaginable. So I suggest that you use these sites to get an over view of what it is that you think is wrong with you. Even try some of the self help remedies (as long as they aren't making it worse).
